Who we are

This is Rebnal Global Limited and Indigo Brokers Brand. Our website address is https://www.globalteaauction.com.

Our features:

We do not sell any tea from our own garden. We complete the online tea leaf auction process through the tea leaf auctioneer. Which must be any registered tea broker in any country of the world.

Tea Broker’s Application Policy

We have many tea brokers. We conduct auctions through tea brokers from any country in the world. All you need to do is join a broker:

  • Reference application to us by the Tea Board of your country
  • Acquisition for online auction on brokers’ pad
  • Company VAT, tax, including director’s biodata
  • Tea board license of tea brokerage company
  • Export Import License of Tea Brokers
  • Certificate of Tea Brokers
  • Tea tester’s biodata of tea brokers
  • Tea brokers’ application fee

You have to apply with these, through which we will collect all its information online. We will also give the brokers applicants access to the online auction of their offered tea leaves. Those will be known as the vendors of the website.

Tea Bidder Application Policy

We have thousands of tea bidders who regularly bid according to their needs. Tea leaves of their bidding are sent by the brokers through shipping. These countries take their VAT and trucks for shipping these tea leaves. Which is managed through brokers and bidders. How a bidder will apply:

  • Contract letter of course with the concerned brokers.
  • VAT and tax number of the applicant company
  • Import license of the applicant company
  • Biodata of the applicant company director
  • Tea business license of the applicant company
  • Subscription fee of the applicant company

Everything has to be sent online. After verifying everything, if all the paperwork is correct, we will send it to the tea board and association of the country concerned. Only bidders will be able to access the tea leaves if they allow it.

Permission policy

Different laws and tea business laws are in force in different countries of the world. When we receive an application from a broker or a bidder, we will provide analytical access to our website in exchange for a written reply to the tea board of that country. Through which the tea board of the concerned country can easily get all kinds of information.

Our commission:

We will charge a subscription fee first, which is non-refundable. I will set aside that fee for our website development work. In addition, when a broker makes their offered tea live on our website, if any bidder bids the tea leaves and wins, then the bidder must check out through our website and confirm the order by making payment. We will not refund you the price of 1 kg of tea.

The auctioned tea leaves will be determined to be delivered only to the concerned brokers and country buyers. We will not be responsible for shipping. If any brokers ever commit fraud then you should give us a support ticket. Our team will take appropriate action.

Shipping, Payment Policy:

We will deduct the price of 1 kg of tea from each invoice. Which will be treated as a dividend to our company. When offering tea leaves on our website, you have to pay a single price and no VAT tracks can be added. VAT Trucks and Shipping Charges with full price should be sent to the buyer’s mail through us or at our own responsibility as the auction winner will be in any country.

A broker will be responsible for delivering the auctioned tea leaves to the buyers. And all subsequent exchanges will be conducted through sellers and buyers. Besides, buyers have to pay in time for shipment.

Damage, Returning Policy:

Of course, all the details of the tea leaves should be given to the concerned brokers as a description through the Tea Tester for auction. So that a buyer can understand all the reports of tea leaves. If any report of any seller/brokers/vendor ever comes then it has to be held accountable through the tea board of that country. In addition, if the buyer wants to refund and return, it must be agreed upon. If any of the brokers do not give their consent, we will resolve the matter through law and through the relevant T-Board and bring it under punishment.

We can add and draft any information and laws for us and for the benefit of the buyer sellers. More policies are coming …….
